EU RED Directive (2014/53/EU) Coordinated Standard Update 20170714

The EU RED Directive (2014/53/EU) was officially enforced on June 13, 2017, and products that previously complied with the R&TTE Directive are prohibited from being sold in the EU market.
At present, not all wireless standards for products are included in the coordinated standards of the RED directive. The EU's coordinated standards for the RED directive are constantly being updated, with the latest update on July 14, 2017.



         

This update adds two new wireless standards for product categories, including the coordinated standard ETSI EN300 440 for commonly used short-range wireless communication products:
