The national standard for food safety, pacifiers, is a national standard. Compared with the old version of the hygiene standard for rubber pacifiers, the new standard clarifies the scope of application, adjusts the overall structure of the standard, and revises and adds relevant technical requirements. The new standard specifies that it applies to pacifiers made primarily from natural rubber, cis-1,4-polyisoprene rubber, and silicone rubber, but does not apply to pacifiers. In addition, the new standard also includes general requirements, natural latex labeling requirements, and raw material requirements in the technical requirements; And significant modifications have been made to the physical and chemical indicators testing items, including the addition of total migration, 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol migration, 2,2 '- methylenebis - (4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol) migration, N-nitrosamine and N-nitrosamine biogenic release, volatile substance testing items, while reducing the indicators of potassium permanganate consumption and zinc migration.
