1、 In terms of safety regulations
1. Waterproof requirements: If it needs to be done outdoors, it does not need to be done indoors. The usage environment should be clearly stated in the instruction manual
Outdoor waterproof requirements: IP4X or above, with a 360 degree water spray test for the experiment
The aviation plug needs to be changed to a waterproof aviation plug, and the screen protection board and plastic plugs on both sides need to be encrypted with sealing rings
The power socket of the digital tube large screen needs to be replaced with the same dot matrix large screen method
2. Instruction manual requirement: An installation method description and a description of the matching screws for installation need to be added; Determination of input voltage and power requirements
3. Position of nameplate: Visible position after installation
4. The power cord must use European standard power cord and have VDE certification
5. Components that require certification requirements
VDE certification: Fence style terminal blocks, fuses, Y capacitors, X capacitors, varistors, optocouplers, transformers (skeleton, enameled wire, insulation tape and other raw materials), power sockets, power plugs
UL certification: CH3.96 terminal block, PCB board, wiring harness
6. Flame retardant requirements: screen protector, plastic fixing bracket, wiring terminal, PCB board, plastic plug
7. Transformer precautions: The secondary of the switch power supply transformer needs to use double-layer insulated enameled wire, and the slot distance of the input and output terminals of the circuit board should be greater than 5mm
8. Grounding requirements: The power grounding wire must be connected to the casing, and there must be a grounding mark on the casing. The grounding terminal must use a serrated washer and nut
9. Test project:
9.1 Screen protector impact test: Spring impact hammer with a force of 1.0J
9.2. Tide test: without power, 95% RH+25 ℃ conditions 48
After hours, the insulation resistance and grounding resistance can be tested inside the test box, or immediately tested outside
9.3 Temperature rise test: It is required to be in full screen lighting state, and the test points include the power terminal, power line branching port, power line clamping position, varistor, electrolytic capacitor, plastic material, etc PCB
9.4 Voltage resistance: 1500V, 1 minute, leakage current
9.5. Abnormal testing: Voltage overload, short circuit, temperature rise of switching power supply
9.6 Material testing: flame retardant, ball pressure

2、 EMC aspect
1. The specific contents of testing EMI+EMS include: EMI: Measure the electromagnetic energy emitted by the product during operation or static state, ensuring that the level of electromagnetic interference generated is lower than the standard requirements and does not affect the operation of other equipment; The main testing items are space radiation and conducted interference EMS: measuring the ability of the product to resist external electromagnetic interference, requiring it to work normally under electromagnetic interference that does not exceed the standard requirements
2. Test project: A、ESD: Air discharge ± 8KV, contact discharge ± 4KV, discharge once every 1 second, a total of 10 times. Sensitive points can be found by scanning first, and then tested according to standards
B、RF: Interference signal: 80MHz-1000MHz, 1KHZ, 80% AM, 3V/m
C、EFT: Signal line: Capacitive coupling clamp is required for testing, interference signal: ± 0.5KV, 5/50ns, 5KHz
